I went in because my tooth had chipped. My previous dentist said we would have to pull it, so I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Sullens FIXED MY TOOTH, and in nearly a year, I have had absolutely no problems with it. She also filled three other teeth, and she did a great job, with NO PAIN during the procedures. She was very nice and professional and explained everything she was doing. To be absolutely honest, my dental experience with Dr. Sullens is the BEST I have ever had! Yes, she does handle several patients at a time, but I did not find that offputting at all, because the place runs like clockwork. I found the entire staff very friendly, and they go out of their way to be helpful. When I had questions about my insurance, the front desk person went out of her way to print everything that I could not see in my BCBS dental insurance portal. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Sullens and her entire staff, and for the first time in my life, I do not dread going to the dentist.

My partner went for her first appt today with Dr. Sullen- Dr. Sullen was great BUT the older hygienist kept making comments about illegal immigrants and discussing her political views while performing my partners cleaning. Completely unprofessional and not the time and place to have this conversation. She had also asked my partner where her family and her are from and continued to negatively speak about immigrants. My partner will not be returning to this office.

We are very disappointed with the treatment and customer service at Dr. Sullens office. We used to think that Dr. Nichole Sullens was a fantastic dentist as well as her employees. Unfortunately they have dropped the ball on us twice. The worst one was putting in partials for my husband that fell out 2 weeks later while waiting for the crowns to come in. My husband called to find out when his crowns would be in and they were closed for renovations until June 6th. No one called after we left several message until a few days ago. They also sent a bill after a year had gone by. I was covered by my insurance and remember I had also paid my copay. I was told they had change in staff but honestly, after a year? Really? We are extremely disappointed.
